Personalized Care

We’ll begin with a complimentary consultation to see if we’re the right fit, followed by up to three prenatal visits to explore your hopes, preferences, and any concerns. I’m here to honor and empower your choices.

24/7 On-Call Support

From 38 weeks until birth, I’m on call, ready to support you when early labor begins and staying by your side through active labor and birth.

Continuous Presence

Whether at a hospital, birth center, or home, I’ll be there to provide comfort measures, encouragement, and hands-on help as you bring your baby into the world.

Postpartum Visit

In the weeks following birth, I’ll return for a postpartum visit, offering practical assistance, emotional support, and guidance. Want more than one postpartum visit? I also offer Postpartum Doula Services.

Meet Helen Martin

With experience as a mother, foster parent, and volunteer, I bring a calm, encouraging presence to every birth. As a Certified Doula through DONA International, a Lactation Management-trained professional, Certified VBAC Doula, and a BEST certified Postpartum doula, I’m dedicated to making your birth journey as smooth and supportive as possible.

My heart is especially open to supporting mothers facing unplanned pregnancies, those with limited support, or expecting women planning for adoption.
